## 📌 IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Hotel check-in time: 2:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM.

2. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included as specified in the package.

3. Vehicle sightseeing services are not available after 7:00 PM.

4. Toll and parking charges for the vehicle are included.

5. All entry tickets, adventure activities and personal expenses are payable directly by guests.

6. Sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, local restrictions and operational availability. Missed sightseeing due to such circumstances may not be rescheduled or compensated.

7. All guests are requested to follow the instructions of the tour coordinator and local guides.

8. Guests must maintain discipline and respect the safety, privacy and comfort of fellow travellers.

9. Any misconduct or behaviour that disrupts the group may result in appropriate action in accordance with applicable rules.

10. Loud music after 10:00 PM is prohibited as per applicable government norms and property rules.

11. All guests are requested to cooperate and make this group journey enjoyable for everyone.

- 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

- Remaining payment must be cleared as per the agreed payment schedule.

- Once the booking is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted, as hotel, houseboat and transportation arrangements are blocked and paid in advance.

- Booking confirmation is subject to advance payment and availability.
